We know that searching and applying for roles can be overwhelming, repetitive, discouraging, and stressful. We created AccurateApply so that you can focus your energy on preparing for interviews, improving your skills, and staying mentally steady while we handle the tedious and time consuming tasks of finding and applying for jobs on your behalf.
The following Terms and Conditions are written to help you clearly understand what AccurateApply provides, what we do not provide, what your responsibilities are, how refunds and cancellations work, and what expectations govern our relationship with you. These policies exist to protect both you and our team and to maintain a fair and transparent working environment.
By using AccurateApply, purchasing any of our services, submitting your job preferences or resume, or continuing to engage with our platform, you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined below.
1. Description of Service
AccurateApply is a job search and job application support service. Our goal is to help you increase the number of quality job applications you submit, improve your consistency, and allow you to compete more effectively in the job market.
When you subscribe to AccurateApply or purchase a one time package, you can expect the following:
- You will fill out a form where you provide your job preferences, career interests, typical roles you are interested in, location preferences, work authorization status, and any important details that allow us to match you with relevant openings.
- You will submit your resume and any additional documents that we request.
- Our team will search for job openings that match the information you have provided.
- We will apply for suitable roles on your behalf.
- We will track your application activity and maintain records of the positions we have applied to.
- We will provide periodic summaries of your application history depending on the plan you purchased.
AccurateApply exists to handle repetitive job applications efficiently and professionally.
What AccurateApply does not do
Unless you purchase specific add ons or unless explicitly stated in your plan, AccurateApply does not provide the following:
- Resume rewriting
- Resume formatting or redesign
- LinkedIn profile optimization
- In depth cover letter creation beyond template level AI generated content
- One on one coaching sessions
- Career strategy planning
- Interview preparation
- Skill assessment assistance
- Communication with employers on your behalf
- Paying employer application fees
- Negotiating job offers
- Recruiting, staffing, or matching you with employers directly
We focus on high volume and efficient job application support and not on coaching, consulting, or personalized job placement.
2. No Guarantee of Interviews or Job Offers
We are committed to applying to your selected number of jobs consistently, accurately, and in alignment with your preferences. However, the job market is influenced by many variables that we do not control.
By using AccurateApply, you acknowledge that:
- AccurateApply cannot guarantee interviews.
- AccurateApply cannot guarantee job offers.
- AccurateApply cannot control how employers respond after receiving your application.
- AccurateApply cannot predict or influence recruiter behavior, internal company decisions, hiring freezes, economic downturns, competition from other applicants, or algorithmic filtering systems such as Applicant Tracking System software.
Our obligation is limited to:
- Searching for roles that match your preferences.
- Applying to the number of roles specified by your plan.
- Tracking and documenting application submissions.
We cannot guarantee outcomes because your experience, resume strength, industry competition, job market timing, and external decisions are outside of our control.
3. Customer Responsibilities
To provide the best experience possible, we rely on you to provide information that is complete, accurate, and truthful.
3.1 Accurate Information
You agree to provide:
- A resume that accurately reflects your work experience, education, skills, and background.
- Current and truthful job preferences.
- Realistic expectations aligned with your qualifications and profile.
- Updated contact information.
- Clear details about work authorization or visa status.
If you provide outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate information, we cannot be held responsible for poor results.
3.2 Resume Quality
Your resume should be job ready. This means:
- It includes your most recent experience.
- It clearly lists your skills, accomplishments, and responsibilities.
- It is formatted in a way that employers can read.
- It contains accurate dates, job titles, and locations.
We do not rewrite resumes unless you purchase a separately priced add on specifically for that purpose.
3.3 Authorization to Apply
By using AccurateApply, you authorize us to:
- Submit applications on your behalf.
- Use your resume, job preferences, and other information strictly for job application purposes.
- Generate basic or template based cover letters when needed.
We do not alter your resume or present false information to employers.
4. Scope of Service (Expanded)
The following services are excluded unless your plan explicitly includes them:
- Resume rewriting, redesigning, or editing.
- LinkedIn profile optimization.
- Highly customized or role specific cover letters created manually by staff.
- Referral sourcing or contacting professionals on your behalf.
- Personalized coaching on career direction.
- Targeted strategic planning for career pivots.
- Taking assessments, quizzes, or employer skill tests.
- Paying job board fees, company application fees, or premium subscription fees.
- Communicating directly with hiring managers or companies in any impersonated capacity.
The core service focuses on efficient searching, filtering, and applying.
5. Delivery Timeframe and Workflow
We begin working on your application process once:
- We receive your payment.
- You submit your resume and job preferences.
- You complete any requested clarification.
During the application period:
- We may contact you to clarify details.
- We may request updates if your resume contains missing information.
- We will apply to roles at a consistent pace based on the number of jobs you purchased or the subscription cycle you are on.
- We will provide updates or summaries depending on your plan.
If you delay responding to our questions or if you provide incomplete information, this may impact your delivery timeline. Such delays do not count as service failure.
6. Refund Policy
We want to be fair to our customers while also respecting the time and labor invested by our team.
6.1 When Refunds Are Allowed
You may request a refund only if:
- Absolutely no applications have been submitted on your behalf.
- If at least one application has been submitted, the service is considered underway and non refundable.
6.2 When Refunds Are Not Allowed
Refunds will not be granted if:
- One or more applications have already been submitted.
- You provided incorrect or incomplete information.
- You changed your mind after we started applying.
- You misunderstood the service despite our detailed descriptions.
- You expected interviews or job offers rather than applications.
- You did not respond to information requests from our team.
- You purchased the wrong plan and then attempted to modify it after work started.
6.3 Subscription Plans
For monthly or three month subscriptions:
- You may cancel future renewals at any time.
- Past or ongoing months are not refundable.
- If we have already applied to any jobs in the current cycle, no refund will be provided for that period.
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your plan at any time by contacting us or through the platform if available.
- If zero applications have been submitted, you may be eligible for a refund under our refund policy.
- If work has already started, no refund will be issued.
- Subscription cancellations prevent future charges but do not refund work already performed.
8. Customer Conduct and Expectations
We promise to treat all customers with respect and professionalism. In return, we expect that customers treat our team with the same courtesy and honesty.
You agree not to:
- Harass, insult, threaten, or mistreat staff.
- Provide false, fraudulent, or misleading information.
- Request unethical or illegal application activity.
- Ask us to falsify your resume or exaggerate your experience.
- Submit job preferences that you do not actually qualify for and then request refunds.
- Use the service in ways that violate laws or platform rules.
If any of these rules are broken, AccurateApply reserves the right to terminate service immediately without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
- AccurateApply is not responsible for employer decisions.
- AccurateApply does not guarantee interviews, callbacks, or offers.
- AccurateApply is not responsible for external factors such as hiring freezes, poor market conditions, employer ATS systems, salary changes, or recruiter behavior.
- AccurateApply is not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages associated with your job search or employment outcomes.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your plan.
10. Changes and Improvements to the Service
AccurateApply continually evolves. We improve our processes, update our plans, and occasionally modify pricing or features to better serve customers.
We reserve the right to:
- Update service features.
- Introduce new plan structures.
- Modify pricing.
- Adjust Terms and Conditions.
- Improve operational procedures for better quality.
Any updates will be reflected on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the service means you accept any updated terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings held in Wisconsin, USA.
